I can’t access my course. What should I include?

Include the email you used at checkout and when you tried to log in. If you have a receipt/order ID, add it too.

Billing issue: refund, duplicate charge, or invoice

Tell us the date/time, last 4 digits (if available), and what you expected to happen. We’ll guide you safely—never share full card data.

Accessibility requests

Describe what isn’t working (device + browser helps). We prioritize readable layouts, keyboard navigation, and captions.

What happens to my message?
